Originally from New Orleans, Carissa received her certification at Blue Cliff College of Massage Therapy in Metairie, 2003. She has been a licensed Massage Therapist for 5 years with a majority of her experience in the spa industry. Her signature modalities include Swedish, Deep Tissue, Prenatal Massage and the integration of aromatherapy, all with plenty of emphasis on relaxation!

A native of Hammond, Rebecca Bennett Smalley has been a Licensed Massage Therapist at North Cypress for seven years and counting. She offers a wide variety of massage techniques ranging from deep tissue massage to structural balancing and pain management. With a gently aggressive approach, Rebecca's specialty includes low back/neck pain management. Included in most massages is the use of non-traditional hot stones for easier tissue manipulation and deeper relaxation. Don't hesitate to be specific with what works for you. Somiya "Mia" Thomas is a native of Hammond, LA and a graduate of Southeastern Louisiana university. She received her massage therapy training at Medical Training College in Baton Rouge, LA. She has earned certification as a Medical Massage Practitioner and is a member of the Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals organization. She is also a Nationally Certified and Louisiana State Licensed Massage Therapist. She also performs Swedish relaxation and Hot Stone massages. She specializes in deep tissue/neuromuscular, sports and medical massages.

Originally from Metairie,LA and now residing in Independence, LA, Nicole is a 2009 graduate of Delta College of Covington, and received her license in August 2009. She is in love with her new found career and enjoys being a part of a pain relief regimen for her clientele. Nicole offers organic well-being through massage by performing massage techniques that range from Deep Tissue to Rebalancing, Swedish and Pain management. She is here to help you heal.
