Another fabulous Les Mills program that incorporates Tai Chi, Yoga & Pilates to gain core strength, improve posture & overall flexibility. See the progress you make after only a few classes & burn plenty of calories as you push you body to new lengths.

This class is Family Friendly, so children ages 9 years and up may participate.

This class is scheduled to be shorter than the normal version.
