The original barbell class for men and women that strengthens your entire body. This workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and you choose the weight to challenge every muscle in your body and inspire you to get the results you came for – and fast!

This class is Family Friendly, so children ages 9 years and up may participate.

This class is scheduled to be shorter than the normal version.

An additional fee is required to use the U.P. Training Center. We offer free trials for the U.P. Training Center, just email us for inquiries.
