Chad Templeton got hooked on Group Fitness after attending some classes at North Cypress Fitness. What started out as a curiosity, grew into a full-blown, healthy obsession. He has now been instructing for several years and is certified in Les Mills Body Pump, RPM, and CX Worx. With every class, Chad hopes to share his enthusiasm for group fitness and have members walking away with a sense of accomplishment.
