I have been teaching at North Cypress for 3 years now. I teach Les Mills Body Pump, Les Mills RPM, Les Mills Grit, Step, Core, Rope Fit, Suspension, Synergy, Rowing, Booty Barre, and VIPR. I have enjoyed every day as an instructor. I love feeling like I’ve helped someone reach their fitness goals! I try every day to motivate my clients to be the best they can be, and they motivate me to be a better instructor as well. I want to spend the rest of my life sharing my love of fitness with others, and I will do every extra training I can to improve myself so that I can better serve the members of North Cypress! I love my gym family!!!!
